Happy Birthday To Me!

Amy WinehouseI treated myself to a trip to the local record store which has had the most new releases on vinyl. I found this Amy Winehouse new. I also found Lennon's "Imagine" and The Verve's "Urban Hymns" used on vinyl, both pretty dang rare.

I picked the hottest photo of Winehouse I could find in high resolution. I'm not totally sure the piece is done. What do you think?

I know I'm not selling it, though!

Peace.

Wow - that's incredible, I've never seen Amy looking so good. I think you're getting more and more talented with each new piece!

Glad you had a good b-day!

Thanks twice!

Yeah, I found a site that had really high resolution images from her best photoshoots. I've got one of just her face that's incredible that I'd use if somebody wants to commission one.

Nobody has ever made Amy look so good. It's a good thing you didn't get a picture of her all cracked out or anything.

Thanks, Jeff. It was a challenge to find the good photoshoots, not the rampant paparazzi shots. I really hope she comes through her troubles ok. Such a raw talent.

This looks awesome! (And if I could, I would totally buy it.)

You are very talented. I've been thinking about your artwork, and as an artist, about pricing in general. For instance, let's say I were a millioniare and you were willing to part with this piece. I might pay a lot more than you usually charge.

But who are your more normal customers? Are they who you necessarily want them to be? (And endless levels of analysis born of a few business classes and too many trashy business books.)

Keep it up!
